Lita Ford and Francia Raisa
Lita Rossana Ford also known as Lita Ford as she is more commonly known, was an American-born British guitarist and singer who was the leader of the only female hard rock group The Runaways during the late 1970s. The group was not able to gain a lot of attention in The United States but earned huge recognition abroad, particularly in Japan. Ford embarked on a heavy-metal solo career when the group was disbanded in 1979. Following vocal training, she launched her debut solo album, called 'Out for Blood'. This was followed by the release of 'Dancin"On The Edge'. Ford's albums were not very well-received and she stayed away for a few years. The singer returned with her smashing hit album , 'Lita' which came out in 1988. Kiss Me Deadly was a big hit, as were the ballad Close My Eyes Forever and Kiss Me Deadly. However, her fame was brief, and she went under the radar for a few years. In 1995, she dropped "Black" and fifteen years later , 'Wicked Wonderland. The most recent album 'Time Capsule was released in 2016. Guitar Player Magazine gave her The Certified Guitar Legend Award.
